We introduce ourselves
Flexibility in thinking and reliable partnerships are the basis of our successful client relations!
Since the start of our company in 2003, we have relied on self-organisation in a dynamic network working closely with our clients throughout Austria. Our team consists of ten consultants; in addition, we draw on selected cooperation partners from Austria and Germany on a project basis. A core team of four consultants manages the cooperation and the development of the label.
In our network, we regularly exchange ideas with each other and, due to our many years of joint experience and cooperation, we are tried, tested and well-versed in dealing with complex situations: We rely on shared responsibility and initiative within the group. We leave our comfort zones behind, take risks, deal with conflicts, agree on compromises, settle on rules, revoke them, discuss the consequences and support each other in implementing them. In short, we know what we are talking about and practice what we do: cooperation keeps us moving!
We work in an $interdisciplinary team and are available to each other as disputatious counterparts.
We rely on shared responsibility and initiative within the group.
We stand for a clear attitude and open communication.
We leave our comfort zones in favour of more trust and liveliness.
Working Methods
The roots of berater*innengruppe naschmarkt go all the way back to the method of applied group dynamics. We therefore attach central importance to the dynamic events in development and change processes and regard conflicts and resistance phenomena as natural concomitants.
Process orientation and experience-based learning characterise our project and learning architectures, which we set up according to the specific starting situation of our clients and the current requirements of the group.
Together with our clients, we critically reflect processes of the working world in the light of social developments. Our focus is on cooperative relationships – and thus on dealing with trust-building, conflict management, competition and shared responsibility.
We work in an interdisciplinary team and use the manifold know-how of our consultants from the fields of group dynamics, social and labour sciences, systemic organisational development, psychoanalysis, supervision & coaching as well as IOA® – Integrative Outdoor Activities.
